• The firm also represents clients against the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board (ATB) and against the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.  We defend individuals, businesses, and schedule company taxpayers.  We help to assure your appeal will be heard in timely fashion, and protect your right to further appeals.  Where a case is properly filed with the Appellate Tax Board, taxpayers generally do pay the tax until the case has been resolved.
